Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of TERRA, including the free service and paid TERRA Pro subscription.
1. The service
TERRA is a planetary intelligence interface that aggregates and visualises information from third-party data sources. TERRA Pro additionally lets users save watch areas and receive automated matching alerts.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the accuracy of monitoring rules you create. You must not use another person's account without permission.
3. Data and alerts
Public feeds can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or revised by their source providers. TERRA does not guarantee that every real-world event will appear or that every alert will arrive before an event develops. Always use official authorities for safety-critical decisions.
4. TERRA Pro subscription
TERRA Pro offers annual and monthly billing at the prices shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. It renews automatically at your selected interval until cancelled. Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, these terms do not limit them.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape private interfaces at abusive rates, misuse third-party data, resell TERRA credentials, or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies are used to operate account and security functions. Optional Google Analytics is activated only when you allow analytics through TERRA’s cookie control. You can change that choice at any time from Cookie settings. Details are provided in the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
Features, data providers and limits may change as the service evolves. We may suspend features for maintenance, security, source-provider restrictions or technical reasons.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TERRA is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
