Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription renewal

TERRA Pro costs €29.99 per year or €3.49 per month, depending on the option you select at checkout, and automatically renews at that interval until cancelled. The current price is shown on the Pricing page and again at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal when available, or by using the contact form. Unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access to Pro features continues until then.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law, for duplicate or erroneous charges, or where we determine a refund is appropriate because the paid service was not provided as described.

Where a statutory withdrawal or refund right applies to you, it remains unaffected by this policy.

Billing disputes

If you do not recognise a charge or believe an amount is incorrect, use the contact form and include the account email and charge date so we can investigate promptly. Do not include full card details.

No physical returns or shipping

TERRA is a digital subscription service. No physical goods are shipped, so there is no shipping or physical-return process.
